How do I contact you?
You can contact Hit the Road Dude Maker by sending an email to hello@hittheroaddudemaker.org. When emailing the independent team, state your specific question regarding account access, credit balance, or generation history. Include your order number. Keep the full private access link to yourself.
What should I describe about a failed generation?
If a generation fails, the credits used return automatically to your account balance. If you need further assistance from support, email hello@hittheroaddudemaker.org with your order number and an explanation of what happened during the creation step. You can mention the time the issue occurred and whether it happened during the static preview or after confirming the one photo.
How do I ask about a cash refund?
To request a cash refund, email hello@hittheroaddudemaker.org with your order number within 3 days of payment. You can refund any purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used, minus payment channel processing fees. Payments are processed by Anyway, and video packs cost $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos, or $29.90 for 5 videos. Once credits are used, even partially, purchases cannot be refunded. Failed generation credits return to your balance automatically.
