What this site keeps, who serves it, and what your browser holds. The production site uses GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits; analytics do not include photo contents.

Delete my data.
Open Delete my data in your account menu. This removes videos, History and source photos. Your browser access and your credit balance stay as they are.

Videos on the Inspiration and home pages.
The Inspiration page and the home page show preview images from YouTube. A video player is loaded from YouTube only after you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a preview image or a player loads, YouTube receives your request, including your IP address, and may use cookies or similar storage under its own policy. We do not load any YouTube player or script before you press play. Links to a channel or to Watch on YouTube open YouTube in a new tab.
Private access and usage statistics.
You can preview and create videos without providing your name or email. Your browser cookie links an anonymous account to your balance and videos. Save your private access link: anyone with it can access them, and without the cookie or link you will need support to recover access. Photos upload only after you click Generate. We use anonymous usage statistics; analytics exclude account identifiers, access links and photo contents. Anyway and Stripe process payment information separately.

Can I get help without signing in?

Are preview photos uploaded to your servers?
No, your preview photos are not uploaded. The free static preview runs entirely within your web browser, alongside local whole-image checks for clarity and brightness. These steps do not perform face-level analysis and keep your files local until you start video creation.
How long do source photos stay in your storage?
Local photo checks and scene previews run in your browser without uploading files. If you leave to pay, your photos save locally in your browser to restore within 1 hour and clear when you return; any draft not restored clears on your next visit. Source photos delete from our storage when your video finishes or fails, with automated cleanup starting 55 minutes after rendering begins. Copies held by our rendering partner follow their own retention rules. Finished videos remain in your account for 7 days.
How long are completed videos kept in my account?
Videos stay in your account History for 7 days. During that week, you can open and download your 16:9 / 9:16, 720p video of 5, 10 or 15 seconds from your account. After 7 days, videos expire from History.
What happens if a generation fails to complete?
Failed generation credits return automatically to your account balance so you can try again without purchasing more credits. For billing questions or to request a refund on unused credits within 3 days of payment (minus payment processing fees), contact our independent team at hello@hittheroaddudemaker.org with your order number.
