When do credits come back automatically?
Credits come back automatically whenever a video fails to generate, with no request needed.
Refunds return the exact credits charged, preserving their original locked rate for your future generations.
How do I ask for a cash refund?
You can request a refund for any purchase within 3 days of payment, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Email hello@hittheroaddudemaker.org including your order number and your purchase details. Refunds are issued minus payment channel processing fees. For payment or generation problems, email us with your order number. We will help even without a login.
Credit packs cost $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos and $29.90 for 5 videos. Once credits from a purchase are used, even partially, that purchase cannot be refunded. Credits for failed video generations always return to your balance automatically.
